About

Hello you beautiful people. My name is Paige…like in a book.

I’m currently a provincially-qualified bikini competitor with the Ontario Physique Association (OPA) with the most amazing team, Team T-Rex. Follow me on my quest to the 2017 Ontario Championships in May (but don’t stalk me, because…that’s weird.)

I am the sassiest.

I write about whatever interests me: usually food, my life (duh), fitness, and books. I’m a friendly little peanut, so say hello!

  • I am a teensy bit obsessed with my Boston Terrier, Sonic.
  • I live for burritos and burgers and sushi…oh my!
  • I graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA in MIT and a post-graduate Diploma in Public Relations. (But I wish I became a vet!)
  • I love lifting & the gym, but don’t call me a bro.
  • Coffee is my one true love. Other than Sheldon, of course. 😉
  • I’ve been recently bitten by the wanderlust bug and I’m always on the hunt for a challenging hike with a beautiful view.

    Hi Paige.
Small world. I also compete in the IDFA. I did the July (2nd in novice fitness model) and November (2nd in open fitness model) shows. I am thinking about doing an OPA show and seeing how it goes. Have you done shows in any other organization besides the IDFA and Fitness Star?

    1. Paige Andrea says:

Hey Christina! Whoa that IS a small world! I’ve only met one other girl in the Ontario fitness competition circuit through my blog so this is cool! Congrats on doing so well – you look amazing!

Yes OPA shows are great especially if you want to go far with competing and compete in the Arnolds and Olympia! I’ve never competed with OPA…I competed twice with UFE this fall and LOVED it. My favourite competition experience this year hands down!

      1. christinafit says:

I heard about UFE but I don’t know anyone who has competed with them. I might give it a try 🙂

        1. Paige Andrea says:

I was hesitant at first as well, but I’ve met so many amazing people and everyone is really nice and supportive. It’s a fantastic competing environment! Tons of new friends and inspirational people.

          1. christinafit says:

Ok, it’s settled! I have to do it haha. Oh by the way, I saw your post on the inside fitness workout party and I got very jealous because I applied but was not chosen…boo! :p

            1. Paige Andrea says:

Oh really!? Yeah it was really fun! I think they’re doing more so you should definitely apply again for the next one!
